You’ve been asking for it, and now it’s here: Referrer Dashboards. Now your referral campaign participants (i.e. Referrers) have their own portal to log into to check the details of their performance in your referral program.
This is a feature we’ve just launched and the feedback has been stellar. Both program owners like yourselves and your program participants get more visibility about what’s going on in your referral campaigns.
Inside this update are really 2 big things we wanted to highlight:
- Referrer dashboard subdomains
- Automated referrer login details
Automatic referrer email invite to log into their account
Now once a new Referrer signs up to your referral campaign they will receive an automated email that looks much like this:
Inside are a few key pieces of information that are important to their success in the referral program:
- Referrer dashboard login link – this is the place that your referrers can log into to check out how they’re performing in your campaign, including any Pending and Fulfilled rewards.
- Login email address and temporary password – SalesCamp automatically generates this password and they can change it inside their dashboard at any time
- Their unique referrer link – so that your Referrers can hit the ground running and start sharing the good news of your products or services with their family, friends, and network.
Your own referrer dashboard subdomain
A big (and very personal) part of the Referrer Dashboard is that it is now branded to your company’s identity. Inside your Account Settings page (or before you start creating your first campaign if you’re a new customer) you will now be prompted to enter your Referrer Dashboard Subdomain.
This is the mystore.salescamp.io link that your Referrers will be logging into to check out their performance in your campaigns. We didn’t want to give them just any old place to log into, we wanted to make this personal for you and your business. So we give you the choice of naming what URL you want to have your Referrers access to check out their referral accounts.
Once you’ve set this referrer subdomain name you can then move on to creating your first referral campaign as you would normally.
Inside the Referrer Dashboard
Once your campaign is set up and you start getting the first referrers to sign up they’ll be logging into their dashboard. Here’s a sneak peek at what they can expect inside:
In here you can see that the referrer is able to see any conversion events that have occurred as a result of them referring new customers over to your business. They’ll also see the Payment Status of each transaction, whether that’s Pending or Fulfilled.
With this, your referrers will be able to easily track their performance in the referral program and keep up to date with whether rewards have been paid out or are still waiting for that time.
If a referrer is a member of several referral campaigns within your organization they will be able to select each campaign individually from the drop down menu at the top of this dashboard as well.
